I saw 'The Fog'
Mr. c and I saw 'The Fog' yesterday and it is just an overwhelming movie.

A century ago, a ship carrying a leper colony was purposely wrecked by the founders of an isolated Northern California town. Tonight, the ghosts of those who perished years ago seek to exact their revenge.

Rupert Wainwright did an absolutely fabulous job and the dialog and the script are phenomenal as well.
I absolutely loved it!

In the headlines
Shuttle Docks at Station makes quite an interesting read. By Traci Watson, USA TODAY The International Space Station's new $210 million robot, a two-armed giant named Dextre, refused to come to life on command Thursday, jeopardizing NASA's plans to get the robot up and running over the next week.

Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals's new album 'Lifeline'
Just bought and listened to 'Lifeline', the new Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals album. The truth is I've been very indifferent to Ben Harper & The Innocent Criminals for quite a while.

Repeated listenings do infuse the melodies into your brain.

Recap
Rumours say that HCF EcoCore will be finished tomorrow at work. We will have to innovate our experiences for the HCF EcoCore project. It took ages to track down last week's problem. Anyway. We've been running a pilot for some time now, and it will get official next week, so I was told. The new strategy is paying off.

Working on CNV
I have to keep working on the CNV project. Last Thurday I attended a meeting with the people from CNV discussing the intuitive communities. CNV is going as planned. I heard from my supervisor this week that our interfaces increased tremendously. Last week I was briefed that I will have to write a document on MicroCard. I was told that I am going to cancel the CNV test. I would not be able to make it back until Friday. I heard from a colleague this morning that I'll be working on the new MicroCard. We have to cut budget for the CNV project, so I was told. Anyways. Rumours say that the CNV account has become profitable. CNV is going as planned. Mr. c told me that they are in debt in the millions. Last week I attended a appointment discussing the next-generation networks. Why hasn't anyone told me?

My insights and suggestions had made a positive impression on the CNV team.

'Nine Lives': a gorgeous flick
Mr. a and I went to see Nine Lives last night. I heard a lot about this movie.
I'll definitely be going to the movie again, and probably more than once! I really believe that anyone who disagrees with me is crazy.

Nine women endure the travails and disappointments of life.
That is pretty much the story of 'Nine Lives'

The dialog is simply phenomenal and the direction was wonderful.
Go see this movie! This is a movie that you keep on watching, in your mind, after you leave the stadium. It caught the entire audience immediately. There wasn't a dull moment in the entire movie.

Well, I am looking for comments on this topic.

Unit
Bought a Sony DVPNS75H Single Disc DVD Player since I so smartly ruined my other one with coffee. It plays VCDs, MP3's, etc which my previous one didn't. This gadget replaces both the old DVD player as well as the CD player/recorder that's only been a pain in the ass since I got it.

Oh indulgence
I feel cheap. Harder I hit it, the more it spreads but on my own again. I can't concentrate so I can get over it.
Yet so near: my self-disgust is not very essential.
